Retro Bowl is a mobile American football simulation game that combines elements of coaching and gameplay. In Retro Bowl, you take on the role of both coach and quarterback as you guide your team to success.

Here's a basic controls guide and an overview of how to play:

Controls Guide:

1. Offense: When you are on the offensive side of the game, you control the quarterback and the plays.

   • To move the quarterback, swipe your finger on the screen in the direction you want him to run.
   • To pass the ball, tap on the receiver you want to throw to.
   • To hand off the ball to a running back, swipe up on the screen.
   • To scramble with the quarterback, swipe up and hold.

2. Defense: When you are on the defensive side of the game, you control the defensive plays and try to stop the opposing team from scoring.

   • To control a specific defender, tap on that defender and swipe to move them.
   • To switch between defenders, swipe left or right on the screen.

3. Kicking: When it's time to punt or kick a field goal, you'll see a power bar on the screen. Tap to start the bar's movement, and tap again to stop it at your desired power level. This determines the strength of your kick.

4. General Controls:

   • You can speed up the game by tapping the fast forward button in the top right corner.
   • To pause the game or access game settings, tap the menu button in the top left corner.

How to Play:

1. Start a Franchise: Begin by selecting a team and starting a new franchise. You'll have the option to choose from various teams with different levels of talent and challenge.

2. Manage Your Team: As the coach and quarterback, it's your responsibility to lead your team to victory. You can manage your roster, make trades, sign free agents, and draft players.

3. Play Games: Compete in football games by selecting plays, controlling your quarterback, and trying to score touchdowns on offense while preventing the opposing team from scoring on defense.

4. Advance Through Seasons: The game is played in seasons, and your goal is to win championships and improve your team's performance from season to season.

5. Upgrade Facilities: Earn in-game currency by winning games and use it to upgrade your stadium, coaching staff, and facilities to improve your team's overall performance.

6. Achieve Success: Your ultimate objective is to build a championship-winning team and earn a spot in the Retro Bowl.
